Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to TidyLike business subscriptions purchased through tidylike.co.uk and the TidyLike app. It is operated by MediaField Global Ltd, trading as TidyLike.
This policy does not cover payments between a shop and its customers for appointments or services. Those arrangements are between the shop and the customer directly.
1. Free trial
New business accounts include a 30-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial period and no refund is needed if you cancel before the trial ends.
If you start a paid subscription, your first charge is taken when you subscribe (or at the end of your trial if you subscribe during it).
2. Subscription pricing
Current subscription prices are:
- £10 per month (billed monthly)
- £100 per year (billed annually)
Prices include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed by Stripe.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until then and will not be charged again.
To cancel:
- Use the billing section in Settings (web or app), which opens the Stripe customer portal, or
- Email us at proper@tidylike.co.uk
Cancelling your subscription does not automatically delete your account or data. Contact us if you would like your account removed.
4. Refund eligibility
During the free trial: Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged. No refund is necessary.
14-day cooling-off period (UK consumers): If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel a new subscription within 14 days of the first paid charge and receive a full refund, provided you have not started using the paid service during that period. If you began using the Service during the cooling-off period (for example, by accepting bookings through TidyLike after subscribing), you may still be charged a proportionate amount for the service used.
After the cooling-off period: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused time within a billing period after cancellation.
Exceptions: We may issue a refund at our discretion in cases such as:
- A billing error or duplicate charge.
- A significant service outage that prevented use of core features for an extended period.
- Where a refund is required by law.
5. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email proper@tidylike.co.uk with:
- Your account email address
- Your business name
- The date and amount of the charge
- The reason for your request
We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are happy to resolve issues directly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available at tidylike.co.uk/refund.
