Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the TidyLike website and mobile application (together, the “Service”), operated by MediaField Global Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”), trading as TidyLike.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. About TidyLike
TidyLike is a booking platform for independent shops such as barbers, salons, dog groomers, and nail technicians. Business owners use TidyLike to manage appointments, services, and customer bookings. End customers can book appointments through a shop’s public booking page at no charge and without an account.
2. Accounts
To use business features, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
Business accounts represent a shop or sole trader business. You confirm that you have authority to register and manage the business on the Service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Upload false, misleading, or offensive content.
- Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data without permission.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including through automated scraping or excessive requests.
- Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Business subscriptions
Business users subscribe to TidyLike on a recurring basis. Current pricing (as shown on our website) is:
- £10 per month, billed monthly; or
- £100 per year, billed annually.
New business accounts include a 30-day free trial. After the trial, continued visibility of your shop and booking page requires an active paid subscription.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again after that.
We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes apply from your next billing period after notice is given.
5. Payments
Subscription payments for business accounts are processed by Stripe. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by TidyLike. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe’s applicable terms.
Where a shop chooses to take deposits or payments from its own customers, those payments are processed through the shop’s own connected Stripe account. TidyLike is not a party to the arrangement between a shop and its customers and is not responsible for those payments, refunds, or the services provided.
6. Free trial and refunds
Refund and cancellation terms for subscriptions are set out in our Refund Policy. Please read that policy before subscribing.
7. Service availability
We aim to keep TidyLike available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the Service. We are not liable for temporary unavailability except as required by law.
8. Intellectual property
The TidyLike name, logo, software, and website content are owned by MediaField Global Ltd or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose while your account is active.
You retain ownership of content you upload (such as shop names, service descriptions, and images). You grant us a licence to use that content solely to operate and promote the Service.
9. Data and privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood it.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service.
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or £100, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify MediaField Global Ltd against claims, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service, except where caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.
12. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting us or through in-app settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country give you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
