MediaField Global Ltd (company number 15836513), trading as TidyLike, owns or controls the intellectual property in the TidyLike service, including the website at tidylike.co.uk, the TidyLike mobile applications, and related branding.
1. What we own
Unless otherwise stated, the following are protected by copyright and/or trade mark law and belong to MediaField Global Ltd or our licensors:
- The TidyLike name, logo, icon mark, and visual identity
- The TidyLike software, source code, and documentation
- Website and app copy, layout, and design
- Marketing materials published by us
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our software or branding without our prior written permission, except as allowed by law or under your limited licence to use the service while your account is active (see our Terms and Conditions).
2. Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload to TidyLike (for example shop names, service descriptions, photos, and customer-facing copy). You grant us a licence to host and display that content solely to operate and promote the service, as described in the Terms.
3. Third-party marks
Product names, logos, and brands of third parties (for example Stripe, Apple, or Google) are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on TidyLike does not imply endorsement beyond any integration we describe.
4. Reporting infringement
If you believe material on TidyLike infringes your copyright or other IP rights, please email proper@tidylike.co.uk with:
- Your contact details
- A description of the work you own
- The URL or location of the allegedly infringing material
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised
We will review notices promptly and take appropriate action where required.
